Erin Thompson is a dedicated paralegal with a strong academic foundation in criminology and psychology, holding a B.A. in Criminology and a M.S. in Criminal Justice from Central Connecticut State University through the university’s accelerated master’s program. Throughout her academic career, Erin consistently earned high honor’s, including Dean’s and President’s List distinctions. Her research internship with the American Probation and Parole Association honed her skills in legal communication, interviewing, and organizational development, providing valuable insight into criminal justice policy and procedure.
In addition to her academic achievements, Erin brings hands-on leadership experience from the manufacturing sector, where she led a quality control team responsible for government-regulated parts and logistics. Her background is further enriched by her public safety training, professional presentations, and student leadership roles, including Vice-President of both the Criminal Justice Club and Alpha Phi Sigma as well as President of the Criminal Justice Graduate Society. Erin’s blend of analytical skill, organizational discipline, and client-focused support makes her a vital asset to our legal team.
