Etemi Law: Operation Give Back Scholarship

By applying to the Operation Give Back Scholarship, applicants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Verification
All information provided in the application must be accurate and truthful. False or misleading information may result in disqualification.

Residency and Enrollment
Applicants must reside in the state of Connecticut or be currently enrolled in a school located in Connecticut. Proof of enrollment or residency may be required.

Use of Scholarship Funds
The awarded scholarship funds must be used for educational purposes, such as tuition, books, supplies, assistive technology, or related academic needs.

Selection Process
The scholarship recipient will be selected based on the strength of their personal statement, alignment with the scholarship’s mission, and overall eligibility. Decisions made by the selection committee are final.

Award Notification
The recipient will be notified via email by the specified notification date. If the selected recipient does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternate recipient may be chosen.

Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal and medical information submitted will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of scholarship evaluation. Information will not be shared outside of the review committee.

Public Acknowledgment
By accepting the award, the recipient agrees to allow Etemi Law to publish their name, photo, and a brief description of their story on our website or marketing materials, unless they opt out in writing.

Right to Cancel or Modify
Etemi Law reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the scholarship program if necessary, without prior notice.

This scholarship does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
